Cancellation Policy |

| Attendees may cancel their registration for a $50.00, non-refundable processing fee by January 31. All cancellation requests must be written via email (registration@hoaecc.org) or mailed to: Jeremy Fast, OD, 111 N. Main Nevada, MO 64772. All requests must be postmarked or electronically stamped by 11:59 pm, January 31, and must include the attendee's name, address, method of original payment and registration ID number. Refund requests will not be honored after January 31. |
